These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dedicated Pest Control website at dedicatedpestcontrol.com (the "Site") and any pest control services we provide ("Services"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or receiving Services from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our Services.

2. Scope of Services

Dedicated Pest Control provides residential pest control Services in Arizona, including inspections, scheduled treatments, and follow-up visits for the pests identified in your written service agreement (such as scorpions, ants, roaches, crickets, silverfish, spiders, rodents, and other common Arizona household pests). We do not provide termite control, bee removal, or commercial pest management — those Services fall outside the scope of this agreement. All Services are performed by trained technicians who hold the licenses required by the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Office of Pest Management. The exact pests, treatment methods, and coverage area for any given visit are limited to what is identified in writing on your service agreement or work order.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe, clear, and timely access to the property and to the areas requiring treatment, including unlocking gates, restraining pets, and removing obstructions before our arrival;
• Disclose any known sensitivities, allergies, pregnancies, infants, or pets in the home so we can recommend appropriate products and re-entry intervals;
• Follow our technician's post-treatment instructions, including ventilation and re-entry intervals printed on the product label; and
• Provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided in your quote or service agreement. Payment is due at the time of service unless other terms are agreed to in writing. Past-due balances may accrue late fees and, after reasonable notice, may be referred for collection. We reserve the right to suspend Services for accounts with unpaid balances. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, through the booking form on the Site, or through a confirmation email or text we send you. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments where access is not provided may be subject to a trip charge. We may also reschedule appointments due to weather, technician safety, or product label restrictions (for example, when rain, high winds, or extreme heat would compromise an application or violate the product label).

6. Service Warranty and Re-Treatment

For ongoing scheduled programs, if covered pests return between regularly scheduled visits, we will return and re-treat at no additional charge during your active service period. This re-treatment guarantee applies only to the specific pests and areas listed in your service agreement. One-time treatments are warranted only for the period explicitly stated on the work order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dedicated Pest Control will not be responsible for: (a) pre-existing damage to the property, including any rodent, wood-destroying organism, or other infestation damage discovered before, during, or after our visit; (b) damage caused by pests after treatment, including damage from pest activity that originates from neighboring properties or that is reintroduced through openings, packages, or guests; (c) injury or damage caused by the customer's failure to follow post-treatment instructions or to disclose known sensitivities; or (d) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or property of unusual value not disclosed in advance. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the six months immediately preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEDICATED PEST CONTROL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that content will be accurate or up to date. Pest control is not a one-and-done process; results vary based on environmental factors outside our control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dedicated Pest Control and its owners, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, the Dedicated Pest Control name and logo, and all content we publish — including text, photography, graphics, the 3D scenes, and the field journal articles — are owned by Dedicated Pest Control or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not republish, copy, scrape, or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates law or these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or our customer accounts;
• Run automated scrapers, bots, or denial-of-service tools against the Site;
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or other harmful content; or
• Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and provide their links only as a convenience.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site with an updated "Effective date." Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Site or the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Dedicated Pest Control concerning the Site and the Services.
