These Disclaimers apply to your use of the Dedicated Pest Control website at dedicatedpestcontrol.com (the "Site") and to the pest control work we perform. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information Only

The articles, field journal posts, treatment guides, FAQs, identification tips, and chatbot responses on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a licensed pest control professional. Every property is different, and a real diagnosis depends on factors that can only be assessed in person — construction details, surrounding habitat, prior treatments, and the specific pest pressure at your address. Do not act on Site content as if it were professional advice for your specific infestation.

2. "As-Is" Basis

All content on the Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no representations about completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Pest behavior, product registrations, and regulations change over time, and information that was correct when published may later become outdated.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Pest control is not a one-and-done event. Outcomes depend on environmental factors outside our control — including weather, surrounding properties, landscape conditions, construction defects, sanitation, and ongoing introductions of pests through doors, packages, and visitors. Dedicated Pest Control does not guarantee complete elimination of pests or the prevention of future infestations beyond the specific re-treatment terms set out in your written service agreement.

4. Treatment Limitations

Our Services cover the pests, methods, and areas identified in writing on your service agreement or work order. Unless they are specifically named in that document, our Services do not cover:

• Pre-existing infestations or damage that existed before our first treatment;
• Pests originating from or migrating in from neighboring properties;
• Wood-destroying organisms, bed bugs, wildlife, bees, or other pests that fall outside a standard general-pest treatment;
• Structural or moisture defects that promote pest activity (such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, or grade and drainage issues); and
• Pests reintroduced through purchases, deliveries, used furniture, or visitors.

5. Weather, Safety, and Rescheduling

For the safety of our technicians and your family, and to comply with pesticide product labels, we may postpone or modify a scheduled visit due to rain, high winds, extreme heat, or other conditions that would compromise the application or violate the product label.

6. Property Access and Customer Cooperation

Effective treatment requires safe and clear access to the property. You are responsible for unlocking gates, restraining or relocating pets, removing items from baseboards or treatment zones when asked, and keeping children and pets away from treated areas for the re-entry interval listed on the product label. We may decline or shorten a visit if access is unsafe or if the conditions of the property prevent us from performing the treatment as designed.

7. Pesticide Labels and Safety Data Sheets

All products we apply are registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and used in accordance with their label directions and with Arizona Department of Agriculture, Office of Pest Management regulations. Product labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for any chemical we use on your property are available on request — call us at 480-375-0022 or email owner@dedicatedpestcontrol.com and we will provide them.

8. Licensing

Dedicated Pest Control is licensed to perform structural pest management in Arizona by the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Office of Pest Management. License information is available upon request. Our technicians complete the continuing education and certifications required to maintain their applicator credentials.

9. Testimonials and Reviews

Reviews, testimonials, and case studies on the Site reflect the individual experiences of specific customers and are not a guarantee of the results you will experience. Pest pressure and treatment outcomes vary from property to property.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites — for example, review platforms, social media, or manufacturer pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dedicated Pest Control will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including damage to property, lost profits, or lost data — arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Liability for the Services themselves is governed by our Terms & Conditions.
